Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment. In some cases, shipping may be free or discounted as part of promotional offers.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, or regional restrictions. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email so customers can track their shipment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery availability depends on the customer’s pin code. Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to either refuse delivery or record a clear unboxing video as proof before opening the package.
