Return Policy

At EcomSquire, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a trusted shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both customers and our brand.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return request, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the issue without any cuts or edits.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time frame will not be eligible for return.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing items will result in rejection of the return request.

Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, size issues, or minor color variations (5–10%) caused due to lighting or screen differences.

Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions shared by our support team. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for return unless they meet the conditions mentioned above.

EcomSquire reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after proper verification to prevent misuse of the policy.
